Processing & Production Time

Apparel orders are typically processed and completed within 2–4 weeks.
Production times for other custom items may vary depending on the order.
An estimated turnaround and shipping timeframe will be provided with your custom quote.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information (if available).

Delays & Shipping Issues

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Nutt Family Designs is not responsible for shipping delays or issues that are outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages
Weather or natural events

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
