Refund Policy
All custom or personalized items are made specifically to your order and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

The item arrives damaged, or

There is a verified quality control issue or error on our part (e.g., incorrect design, spelling error not matching the approved order).
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.
We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.
